Sales Assistant
Obtain the required credit and loan/lease documents from dealers, vendors, and sales staff. Upon receipt of initial documents prepare the credit documents for submission to Credit Department for disposition. On approved credits prepare loan/lease documents to be presented to end user for review and signature. Upon receipt of signed documents ensure the accuracy and completeness of said documents then prepare file folder and package documents for submission to Funding Department.
The Sales Assistant is a direct report to the department Supervisor and will also report to the Operations Manager.
Interface with all levels of employee from peers to Executive Management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- To perform in high intensity fast paced growth business.
- To interact with Advantage customers in a professional and effective manner.
- Multi-tasking and self-motivator
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on verbal.
- Good working knowledge of application software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General understanding and experience with data input.
DRIVER/RUNNER WANTED:
Coach Bus Transporter/Office Messenger- Company Located in Lake Success; short and long distances. Clean CDL, drug free, dependable.-Must be licensed to drive Coach Buses. Salary based on experience. Fax resume to 516-508-9489 or
