From Manhattan

Via Car Go through Queens Midtown Tunnel at east end of 36 th Street to the Long Island Expressway ( I-495 ). Follow the expressway to Exit 33 - Lakeville Road. On Lakeville Road turn right (south) and drive one (1) mile to Marcus Avenue. To reach the main entrance, turn left on Marcus Avenue and make a right at the second light. To reach the construction entrance, stay straight on Lakeville Road and make a left into the truck entrance.

Via Subway Take E or F train to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike. Take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

Via LIRR Take LIRR to Great Neck Station or to New Hyde Park Station. Take N25 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

From Queens

Via Car ( JFK Airport and vicintiy ) Take Van Wyck Expressway North to the Grand Central Parkway East. Follow parkway to Exit 25 - Lakeville Road. Our facility is right in front of you when you exit the parkway. Make a left and your first right.

Via Car ( La Guardia Airport and vicintiy ) Grand Central Parkway eastbound ( name changes to Northern State. Take Exit 25 - Lakeville Road. Our facility is right in front of you when you exit the parkway. Make a left and your first right.

Via Subway Take E or F train to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike. Take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

From Brooklyn

Via Car Take the Belt Parkway East to the Van Wyck ( towards the Whitestone Bridge ). Exit onto Grand Central Parkway East (aka Northern State Parkway ) Take Exit 25 - Lakeville Road. Make a left and your first right.

Via Subway Take F train through Manhattan to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike. Take Q45 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

Via LIRR Take LIRR from Atlantic Avenue / East New York / Nostrand Avenue to Jamaica Station. Transfer to New Hyde Park Station Train. Take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

From Bronx

Via Car Take the 95 South to the Throgs Neck Bridge.When crossing the bridge stay right and that will splt onto Cross Island Parkway South. Follow Cross Island to Exit 29E (Grand Central Parkway East also known as Northern State Parkway ) Take Exit 25 - Lakeville Road. Our faciliy is right in front of you as you exit the parkway. Make a left and your first right.

Via Subway Take the 4 or 5 subway to 59th Street (Manhattan) and transfer to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike. Take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital; OR #6 to 51st Street (Manhattan). Transfer to E or F train to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital; OR #2 to 42 nd Street (Manhattan) transfer to E or F train to Kew Gardens / Union Turnpike. Take Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

Via Bus Q44 from the Bronx Zoo to Main Street / Union Turnpike (Queens) Transfer to Q46 bus to Long Island Jewish Hospital.

Our faciliy is immeditately on your right OR LIE I-495 to Exit 33 (Lakeville Road). Go to second light make a left onto Lakeville Road. Make a left onto Marcus Avenue and make a right at the traffic light.
